Method
Mash banana in a bowl.

Method

Method
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Combine sweetener, egg whites, and salt and whisk together. Add skimmed milk, Greek yogurt and mix well in the same bowl.
Mix dry ingredients (oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder) in another bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Chop plums into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Add chocolate chips and sunflower seeds and mix well.
Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 20 – 30 minutes.
